This ain't the first time when you are feeling different things at the same time, you are anxious, uncomfortable and scared of things happening around. But you survived the last time, breathe and know that you can survive this too. These feelings, they are just temporary. Know that, they can't break you. yes, they are painful and takes a lot from you! But you can breathe and watch them eventually, pass away. Maybe not immediately, but sooner or later they will fade away. Trust me, when they do you will sit Breathe, and live the moment. You'll look back and laugh for having doubted yourself. You will see things aren't that complicated or unsolved, its just that we make them a little more difficult to handle.You will see, its just in your mind! The limit's in your mind.
I know right now it feels unbearable, a lot of pain in the mind and soul. But its just a phase, they come and they go. They are not forever.
